What is Gravimetric Automatic Dosing System? 

Dermak PVC Machinery has developed the DDSys for preparing the necessary formulation automatically by computer control.

The DDSys prepares the required formulation for both UPVC and 

PPVC and makes ready for extrusion.

For Soft PVC it works with DLSys (Dermak Liquid System) 

simultaneously.

What is the difference between Gravimetric and Volumetric Dosing?

Gravimetric dosing is based on sensitive loadcells that weighs the material precise.The weighing is perfect.The tolerance is very low.

Volumetric dosing is not done by loadcells.It measures the material with a pipe or syringe volumetric specific unit of time throughout the flow meter.The tolerance is high.

What is the working principle of DDSys?

The system has 3 main working principle

Manual:The required formulation weighed one by one

Semi Automatic:The required formulation is weighed one time and sent to the mixer

Full Automatic:The required formulation is weighed how many times wanted continiously All System is controlled by an operator panel if necessary internet connection can be adapated to the system that it comes available to see the system out of the factory.
