The national industrial move after the Republic was the most important factor in the development of the young republic. Integration with the developing world is the reason for the existence of countries. Our country, which was dependent on abroad in the field of machinery, started to make its own production after the second half of the 1950s.

Our company, whose foundations were laid by Mustafa Dereli in a small workshop in Bayrampaşa, continued its activities under the name Dermak in a relatively larger area in Güngören in 1975.

Since 1995, it continues to produce Turkish Made quality machines in its modern production area in Esenyurt, where it still continues its production.
